China Standardization Technical Committee of Papermaking Industry was founded by Standardization Administration of China (SAC) and China Light Industry League together. It is the solo technical organization of China national papermaking industry standardization. Our chief work is to draw and to explain national standards and professional standards of papermaking products and methods.

There are more than one hundred committee members since it was founded.

By now, there are 334 paper standards in our country, among which there are four standards about paper for living, they are Toweling paper, Creased toilet paper, Sanitary absorbent pads, Paper cup and Paper diaper.

Chinese National standards can be divided into two parts, mandatory standards and voluntary standards. So do the professional standards. Standards are mandatory only when they are relative to safety of people and environmental factors.
