     The National Paper Quality Supervision and Inspection Center was approved to found by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ). It’s the earliest established organization that specializes in inspection of pulp, paper, board and paper products. We were accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) in 2000, and authorized by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China。The test reports we provide have legal effect。

     We can test 166 kinds of products in the following 6 types: pulp, paper and board for printing, paper and board for culture and office, paper and board for packaging, paper and board for technology, paper and board for living.

    China Standardization Technical Committee of Papermaking Industry was founded by Standardization Administration of China (SAC) and China Light Industry League together. It is the unique technical organization of China national papermaking industry standardization. Our chief work is to draw and to explain national standards and professional standards of papermaking products and methods.      

    According to the technology characteristics of paper-making, product performance and the range of application, China Standardization Technical Committee of Papermaking Industry, which is classified as Technical Committee 141 (SAC/TC 141) in china, consists of eight subcommittees:

TC141／SC2   Paper and board for office

TC141／SC3   Paper and board for package

TC141／SC4   Paper and board for technology

TC141／SC5   Paper and board for living

TC141／SC6   Paper and board for function

TC141／SC7   Bamboo pulp

TC141／SC8   Fiber raw material

     There are more than one hundred committee members since it was founded. China Standardization Technical Committee of Papermaking Industry has made more than 300 national and industry standards.
